16° BAFIC - Edição de 2008

O BAFIC 2008 foi a 16ª edição da premiação, onde foram premiados os filmes que estrearam oficialmente entre os dias 1º de janeiro de 2008 até 31 de dezembro de 2008.

Os indicados foram revelados no dia 26 de agosto de 2024 e os vencedores no dia 6 de setembro do mesmo ano através do Instagram da premiação.

The Dark Knight foi o grande destaque da edição, sendo premiado em 11 categorias, incluindo Melhor Filme, Direção para Christopher Nolan, Ator Coadmjuvante para Heath Ledger e Roteiro Adaptado para Nolan, Jonathan Nolan e David S. Gouyer. Foi o segundo filme mais vitorioso até o momento.
