O BAFIC 2023 foi a 13ª edição da premiação, onde foram premiados os filmes que estrearam oficialmente entre os dias 1º de janeiro de 2023 até 31 de dezembro de 2023.

Os indicados foram revelados no dia 25 de fevereiro de 2024 e os vencedores no dia 9 de março através do Instagram da premiação.

Killers of the Flower Moon venceu 4 prêmios, incluindo Melhor Filme e Melhor Ator Coadjuvante para Robert De Niro. Oppenheimer e Poor Things venceram 5 prêmios cada. Barbie, Anatomie d'une chute e John Wick: Chapter 4 também venceram mais de um prêmio, com 2 cada.
