4° BAFIC - Edição de 2018

O BAFIC 2018 foi a 4ª edição da premiação, onde foram premiados os filmes que estrearam oficialmente entre os dias 1º de janeiro de 2018 até 31 de dezembro de 2018.

Os indicados foram revelados no dia 17 de dezembro de 2022 e os vencedores na véspera de natal, no dia 24 de dezembro de 2022, no Instagram da premiação.

Nesta edição, destaque para BlacKkKlansman que conseguiu 10 indicações e ganhou 5 prêmios: Melhor Filme, Melhor Direção para Spike Lee, Melhor Ator Coadjuvante para Adam Driver, Melhor Roteiro Adaptado e Melhor Montagem.
