O BAFIC (Brazilian Award For International Cinema) de melhor filme de comédia (em inglês: Best Comedy Film), é uma categoria da premiação referente a escolha da melhor produção cinematográfica dos gêneros de comédia.

É uma das três categorias de filme de gênero, ao lado de Melhor Filme de Ação e Melhor Filme de Terror ou Sci-Fi.
